Tom Atwater used Associative Remote Viewing (ARV) to pick winners in two of Saturday’s four Public Handicapper races. He chose Yellow Ribbon Stakes winner Dubawi Heights and Maryland Million Ladies Stakes winner Love’s Blush. He didn’t get credit in the ARV stats for the Maryland Million pick because two horses tied for first with a Targ CR4 (confidence ranking).
