To submit your session for possible publication on our website requires two steps:
First, send an email to twfendley@gmail.com with “ARV4Fun submission” in the subject line and the following two attachments in jpeg or png format:
a photo or scan of your transcript (preferably one page)
the feedback target photo
Second, complete and submit the form below:
