Joanie “Hot Lips” Sullivan used Associative Remote Viewing (ARV) to choose the winners in two of four races in Saturday’s Public Handicapper contest: Tuscan Evening in the Gamely Stakes and Unwritten in the J.J. Reilly Handicap. T.W. Fendley also chose Tuscan Evening.
