The picture was of a fan-based wind turbine. The design was very innovative, in that wind from any direction causes spin, making it more practical for urban areas. However, after consulting with an expert, the snag with it is that it requires exceptionally strong, high tech and low mass materials to make it robust enough to stay in one piece, and frequently such turbines need gearing to spin generators fast enough to make electricity (high rotation speed causes huge vibration and drag factors).

In terms of displacement, things were more ambiguous. 2 of the Over displaced items were “green,” but it might not be bleedthrough as the Over IPS was eco-friendly, which was another non-colour usage of the word “green.” So although the Over sessions appeared to have more bleedthrough displacement than the under sessions, they could actually have slightly less. Sessions associated with IPS with more bleedthroughs have tended NOT to actualize on previous trials.
